CHAFE is designed to reduce friction wherever it occurs on your skin. Of course, we know many use an anti-chafe product between the thighs to prevent raw, irritated skin. But here are five other ways you can use CHAFE to help you get through your workouts -- and your days -- more comfortably.
Under your Face Mask
Just rub a little where your mask rubs you and you'll add a layer of protection for your face.
Under your Bra
There's nothing worse than raw skin under a sports bra. Yuck. Apply some CHAFE and reduce friction.
Soothing Heat Rash
Prickly heat rash is a real annoyance. Apply some CHAFE to your legs or arms (or where you get rash) before you head out. Under your arms and behind the knees are also good spots. If you've got some irritation already, apply CHAFE to your hot spots for relief.
Under your Wetsuit
Water and salt and sweat are the perfect ingredients for chafing around the neck, arms, and legs of your wetsuit. Non-staining CHAFE will reduce irritating rubbing and blisters to keep you in the water, longer.
While this product wasn't designed for baby's, we know a number of folks who use it to soothe diaper rash. They swear by it!
Wherever friction rubs you raw, apply CHAFE and get protection from blisters, and raw red, irritated skin.
