Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, on orders over $30 in the continental United States. On orders less than $30, you’ll see shipping costs on the last page of your ordering process, before you submit the order.
Q: How do you ship my products?
A: We work with a variety of carriers and chose the best option based on weight, height and location to get your products to you as soon as possible.
Q: Do you ship carbon-neutral?
A: Yes. Every shipment in the US is shipped carbon-neutral.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: We charge based on weight and distance and time. We pass along the shipping costs and allow you to select the carrier and timeframe.
Q: Can you ship to my PO Box?
A: No. Please be sure to provide a Physical Mailing Address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Q: I put the wrong address on my order. Can you fix that?
A: Maybe. We’ll try to fix this if we can. Incorrectly submitted address will cause a delay and may require additional shipping if the order needs to be rerouted. These additional costs are charged by the shipping company and we will simply pass them along. We do not mark up shipping.
Q: I live outside of the United States. Can I buy your products?
A: We currently offer our products for the United States and Canada. For orders going to Canada, the buyer is responsible for all customers, tariffs and taxes due. The only exception to this policy is U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. Please note: our CLEAN and SURFACE products are only available in the US due to high alcohol content and shipping restrictions.
